One thing I’ve found that startups have in common is that they are budget-conscious. Therefore, my methodology revolves to it as such.
1 – Identify Needs
Every business is different. At this stage, we will talk about your problems and how I can help. This can be determined through a quick phone call.
2 – Determine Resources Available
Once we agree that I can help, I will setup a time to meet up with you to get more information about you and your business. This is the part where we determine how involved you’d like to be in the strategy, what kind of resources are available to us to save you money and time.
3 – Strategize Solution
Given the information that you give me and my research, I’ll propose a solution for you to approve. Solutions are based on a number of factors. This may include but are not limited to:
a. market research
b. historical strategies that have worked for your business
c. industry trends
4 – Execute Strategy
Once approved, I’ll execute the strategy depending on what was agreed upon. As I work with the agile methodology, I will update you at an interval we discussed.
5 – Analyze Results
When we reach the end of the project, I’ll analyze the results to determine what worked and what needed improvement. I will setup a meeting with you to discuss these results and send a report to answer all your questions.
6 – Tweak as Needed (If ongoing project)
As the last step, we tweak the strategy based on the analysis on hand.
If this is an ongoing project, we will go back to step 4 and repeat.
